    Description
    Dream is looking for a Warranty Service Technician
    We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community.

    Dream's Regina Construction team is currently looking for a Service Technician to provide our homeowners exceptional customer service and act as a dedicated resource to address requests and enhance the home buying/ownership experience.

    Over the 2+ years you've worked in a customer service position you've proven that you are not afraid to think outside the box to find the best approach to achieve results.

    This is an opportunity for you to take on responsibilities, build on your already strong skill set and help your team achieve its goals, all in a work environment that is fast-paced, dynamic and fun.

    Work with the Customer Experience Administrator to delegate, organize and coordinate repair work;
    Perform repair, warranty and service tasks as required when trade cannot be assigned to the repair;

    Effectively communicate and coordinate construction seasonal matters homeowners; Track data and warranty requests in CRM (Builder Trend) and JDE Homebuilder.

    Assisting Construction with site work, safety rails, stairs, check outs, site checks, site cleans, trade management, seasonal work.
    These are only some of the things we'd like you to bring to the table. Experience in a similar customer service position would be an asset;
    ~ Total housing component knowledge is required - Construction skills (carpentry, finishing), national building code and interpretations;
    ~ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office – experience with JDE Homebuilder & Hyphen is an asset;
    ~ Safety certifications such as First Aid, Safety Construction Orientation Training, Fall Protection, WHMIS, Fire Safety & Extinguisher use would be an asset;
    ~ Flexible, with the willingness and ability to travel daily to assigned sites; Must have a valid driver's license
