You have been managing multiple stores for 6 months - 1 year.
You understand merchandising and operational excellence and you don't mind jumping onto the cash or helping out customers at your stores if/when neededDedicated in terms of team building and succession building, people development and culture2.
Proficient in Communication (in person, virtual, conference, team calls, emails, one x one - clear and concise)3.
