- Post Secondary Diploma.
- Trades Certificate and/or Building Operations Certificate is an asset.
- Ontario Class 'G' driver's license in good standing.
Experience:
- 3 years related experience.
- 1 year of supervisory/management experience in a unionized environment.
Skills:
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of building systems and facilities.
- Working knowledge of computerized asset management systems and concepts.
Skills:
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet timelines.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings.
- Basic accounting skills.

Works inside and outside of campus buildings.
May be exposed to inclement weather, noise, dust, various pollutants, toxins, and/or chemicals.
Travel required to other campuses.
