- Rédiger et réviser des guides d'instructions d'assemblage ou des guides d'instructions de fabrication pour la fabrication ou l'assemblage de composantes d'aéronefs;
- Interpréter, vérifier et approuver les dessins et autres documents d'ingénierie ;
- Élaborer des stratégies d'assemblage et de fabrication de composants d'aéronefs;
- Développer les outils nécessaires pour fabriquer ou assembler des composantes d'aéronefs en tenant compte des tolérances géométriques établies;
- Harmoniser la mise en œuvre des changements d'ingénierie ou des stratégies d'assemblage en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'ingénierie, la logistique des pièces, la qualité et la production ;
- Participer activement au soutien à la production en coordonnant la résolution de problèmes avec les autres départements de soutien ;
- Se tenir au courant des meilleures pratiques pour améliorer les stratégies d'assemblage et de fabrication et participer à des projets de recherche et développement.
- Diplôme d'études collégiales et/ou expériences équivalentes
- 2 à 5 ans ou plus d'expérience en aéronautique ou dans une industrie manufacturière. (Une expérience en ébénisterie, en finition de meubles, en rembourrage ou en fabrication de harnais électriques sera considérée comme un atout.)
- Fonctionnel avec la langue française tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Fonctionnel en lecture de dessins techniques avec une bonne visualisation en 3D.
- Write and revise assembly instruction guides or manufacturing instruction guides for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components;
- Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other engineering documents;
- Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components;
- Develop necessary tools to manufacture or assemble aircraft components by taking into account established geometric tolerance;
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production;
- Participate actively in production support by coordinating problem solving with other support departments;
- Keep abreast of best practices to enhance assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects.
- College diploma and/or equivalent experiences
- 2 to 5 years or more of experience in aeronautics or in a manufacturing industry. (Experience in cabinet making, furniture finishing, upholstery or electrical harness manufacturing will be considered an asset.)
- Functional with French language both orally and in writing.
- Functional in reading technical drawings with a good visualization in 3D.
