RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish a solid account database through proactive prospecting and existing leads provided by the sales team.
Maintain detailed interactions with all enterprise customers, setting followup task reminders to increase touch points and customer interactions.
Lead all Operations, RMA and Finance teams to support our customer logistics operations.
Develop and nurture industry relationships with enterprise level customers across Canada.
Proactively introduce total logistics solution to our enterprise customers, for doortodoor logistics services.
Manage all negotiations about service and contract renewal with customers.
Support in the development and design of sales strategies and processes.
Report to the company leadership regarding the enterprise account operations and forecast.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally 12 years of related experience.
Strong communication and people skills, initiative.
Solid sense of responsibility.
An entrepreneurial spirit, ideally with experience working in a fastgrowing environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OUTLOOK).
Strong ability and desire to develop and grow skills.
Industrial knowledge is an asset.
