- Building cleaning and upkeep
- Working closely with the property manager
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to ensure that our buildings are properly maintained.
- Move-in and move-out repair, maintenance, and general cleanup for units at the end and beginning of the month.
- Complete daily site walks to diagnose, action, and/or repair issues.
- Follow safety procedures during all repair and maintenance work.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
- Maintaining the grounds
- On call after hours for emergencies
- Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with clients, team members and the public.
- Valid class 5 BC Driver's License
- Customer service
- Able to troubleshoot
- A can-do attitude, always willing to learn more, works great alone or with a team.
- First Aid considered an asset
