    As Business Analyst in the Data Safeguard team, you will act as the product owner for our Data Subject Request platform as well as other Data Privacy related services. Your expertise will bridge the gap between regulatory obligations and technology solutions to enhance our organizational operations.

    What you'll be doing:

  • Evaluate and analyze business practices and identify areas of process & system improvement
  • Serve as an expert in technical business processes, helping translate business requirements
  • Ensure positive results by measuring the impact of implemented process & system solutions
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop & maintain process documentation in a collaborative fashion
  • Identify, manage and address the gaps between the requirements and solution being delivered until they are resolved
  • Contribute to the change management strategy, planning activities, risk assessment of the projects

    • What you'll need to be successful:

    Must haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business or other related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in in a similar role
  • Proficiency in technical writing
  • Proven track record of implementing successful solutions to business challenges
  • Experience developing formal business & system process documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into meaningful terms

    • Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Data Privacy regulations and other legal frameworks
