We install and service machines across North America and exceptional customer satisfaction is the basis of our success.As MEI USA continues to evolve and grow the business across North America, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Senior Field Service Technicians.
An ideal candidate will travel to install the machines, train our customers, perform preventive maintenance, and provide technical support to customers in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Field Service Technician ResponsibilitiesPerform machine installation, preventive maintenance, and training at the customer site.
When not travelling, provide technical remote support to customers.
Maintain a high degree of professional customer service for all customer interactions.
Associate degree, certification, trade school diploma, or equivalent experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation/Automotive.
High school diploma and 2 years minimum experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation/Automotive.
Travelling up to 70% of the time by flight or by car (for international travel passport is required).
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic components and power tools in CNC industry
Competence in MS Office suite.
