The Halton Regional Police Service is currently seeking one (1) energetic, collaborative and innovative individual to join our
Crown Brief Review Group (CBRG) as a Summer Student from May to August.

About the Role - How you will Contribute to the Service:

What you will be Responsible For:

The CBRG is a team of dedicated members who assist police officers in collating all criminal and provincial Crown Briefs (a package provided in court of police officers' notes, witness statements, photographs, videos, diagrams, etc.).

The CBRG student will be providing administrative support to key functions of the bureau, including data entry, and job shadowing.

The successful applicant will need to pass a background check to the satisfaction of the Service which will include reference checks with previous employers, verification of educational achievements, and a criminal background screen.

Hourly Rate:
This is a paid student position ($19.43 per hour) for a four month term (May to August 2024) contract

Working Hours: 35 hours per week: Monday - Friday.
