    Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Team Leader to join our growing North America Sales team in Canada.

    In this role you will work with our Telematics devices portfolio oriented to B2B market needs in the local region.

    Fast growth – you will be joining one of the fastest-growing companies in Lithuania and taking part in launching new industrial Telematics devices
    Constant learning – knowledge sharing, training courses, conferences, business trips, and more. Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics;
    Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base;
    Direct and manage the performance and development of your team;
    Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met;
    Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently;
    Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly;
    Manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization;
    Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth;
    Ensure order tracking and correction;
    Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process.
    2+ years of experience in leading a sales team;
    ~ Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B);
    ~ Experience in building and motivating sales team;
    ~ Work experience with internal systems;
    ~ Fluent in English (written and oral).
    ~ Experience with telematics devices or IoT industry is an asset

    onboarding on Teltonika's internal systems, Sales process, product related topics; providing constant necessary materials, assigning progress-check up tests and giving you a continuous feedback to unlock more of your potential
