Sales Manager:

A sales and marketing manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans.

The sales and marketing manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.


As the sales and marketing manager, you will work with our management team to develop and curate original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers while promoting our brands and services.

You will be responsible for delivering effective and engaging communications and content; creating, editing, and posting written, photo and video content to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase overall sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday sales activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognise good performance.
  • Ensure staff is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties.
  • Work with other department managers to ensure proper staffing levels based on guest volume.
  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures
  • Ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Manage efforts in building online engagement.
  • Monitor online reviews, and investigate concerns.
  • Ability to assess audience/customer needs and develop content strategies to meet specific needs.
  • Developing and implementing short and longterm marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to create and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms. Being responsible for the copywriting, creative, generating and scheduling of posts.
  • Creating, optimizing, testing, and reporting advertising campaigns; reports to management showing results (ROI).
  • Generating leads & conversions through social media marketing strategies.
  • Provide tactical communications support including developing print and electronic campaign materials and writing internal and external communications.
  • Ability to gather and analyze statistical data
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing strategies.
  • Work alongside the Pure Management team to develop marketing opportunities.
  • Respond to consumer demand in new and creative ways.
  • Additional tasks are required.

Competencies:

  • Exceptional and demonstrable written and oral communications skills in all mediums.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Experience with online acquisition such as AdWords and reporting tools including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and listening tools.
  • Developing digital marketing plans and analyzing marketing campaigns including a solid understanding of running, optimizing, testing, and reporting social media ads.
  • Ability to take direction and constructive criticism from upper management.
  • Excellent time management and workflow skills.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, or related fields preferred.
  • 2+ years of related Management experience required.\
  • Above average proficiency with the Google Suite and video editing software.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
  • Experience with various software programs such as HubSpot.

Working Conditions:

  • Travel to clinics throughout Edmonton
