    Job description :
    Responsibilities:Preparing and communicating sales quotes and product specifications; coordinating deliveries with customers; tracking shipments; controlling inventory.
    Resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.
    Recruiting and managing staff; training and developing teams.
    Participating in sales initiatives and trade shows.
    Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
    Generating reports and monitoring performance indicators.


    Skills and qualifications :
    College diploma in sales/marketing or related field5-8 years of experience in sales or customer service, with progressive responsibilityMinimum 3 years of supervisory experienceBusiness development skills and mechanical aptitudeExcellent communication skills and analytical abilityProficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced computer skillsSelf-motivation, organization, and results orientation
