- Post-secondary education in computer science or a related discipline, or the approved equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Extensive experience as an SAP developer for Cloud Platform Integrations (SuccessFactors) and ABAP
- Experienced to design, develop, test, and deploy SAP CPI & BTP integrations (Minimum 2-3 years experienced in using OData API(s), groovy scripts) and other SAP based integrations for clients. Write code that is optimized for performance and scalability.
- Experience in maintain and troubleshooting integration components for applications and systems.
- Considerable experience in Human Capital Management or Financial Accounting modules
- Experience with Java and Java Script in SAP environment
- Experience with JSON and XML in an SAP environment
- Experience in SAP ALE & IDOC development
- Experience working with HTML5, OData and SAP Portal
- Knowledge of SucessFactors MDF development
- Strong understanding of SAP landscapes as it relates to Change Management using Solution Manager.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team, collaboratively with others in multidisciplinary team environment and work independently, as required.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to negotiate effective resolution of conflicting business priorities with corporate business clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, listening and interacting skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen to establish and maintain an effective consulting relationship with corporate clients and vendors, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to apply superior time management skills prioritizing concurrent deliverables to meet client demands
- Ability to be on-call, if required, for critical production support of systems.
- Experience implementing or supporting Success Factors, ESS/MSS and/or Ariba an asset, Hana Cloud Platform experience an asset.
