Description
Greet incoming and departing guests, escort them to the assigned dining area and present menus.

  • Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate information
  • Book/cancel/modify reservations using our reservation system
  • Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests
  • Tend to special guest needs and requests
  • Take guests' coats and jackets during the winter seasons
  • Ensure coat room is clean and numbers are in order

Requirements:


  • Must have a minimum of two years in customer service and a minimum of one year working at a similar establishment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including Friday and Saturday night
  • Must be available for a minimum of two shifts per week
  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
  • Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests
  • Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
  • Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone and in person in both English and French

Job Types:

Salary:
From $16.00 per hour
