The role we are offering you:
CAE Healthcare is seeking for a Business Analyst who will help us growing the Digital Product Portfolio.

CAE Healthcare Digital Product portfolio currently contains:
Maestro Evolve, Embody, LearningSpace and Iris

Are you ready to:
Map and document business processes along with the Customer's Digital Journey

Analyse business processes related to the Journey, uncover areas for improvement

Participate in the product development and testing phase of these improvements

Analyse product usage data, report to management and create dashboards for continuous monitoring

Analyse different licensing and pricing models in regards to the Digital Portfolio and create alignment on product-line level

Participate in research project in terms of future product enhancements,

Document customer needs during research projects

Create and provide presentation to leadership

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science

3-5 years of working experience

Understanding how IT system can be used to create digital services

Advanced knowledge in generating process documentation

Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions

Experience in data visualization techniques and tools

Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and cross functional environment

Ability to manage relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders

Experience with a CRM system and Data Visualization tools

PREFERRED:

Experience in product management and marketing

Experience in healthcare simulation is highly desired for this role.

Postgraduate training in marketing and business

Salesforce or other major CRM proficiency

PowerBI Experience

Experience in writing SQL statements
