Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Perform facilities maintenance tasks including electrical, welding, and fabrication work
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
Maintain and repair mechanical systems
Supervise maintenance staff when necessary
Interpret schematics and work with logic controllers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conducting routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies, and facilities.
Report major repair needs to the General Manager

Experience:

Experience in facilities maintenance, electrical work, and mechanical knowledge
Ability to weld, fabricate, and maintain equipment
Proficiency in English for effective communication
Strong problemsolving skills
Supervisory experience is a plus
Familiarity with schematics and logic controller
Managing 2 hotels maintenance
