Position: Sale Representative (Full Time/40 Hrs. per week) (NO SINP/LMIA)

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs for the given territory.
Engage customers and address their needs through effective product presentations.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, industry trends, new products, and merchandising techniques.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Collaborate with the Customer service and Marketing team to execute promotional activities.

Qualifications/Skills:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in janitorial or related industries (other professional sales backgrounds are also welcome)
A University degree with a concentration in Sales and Marketing, or Business Administration/Management preferred (not mandatory)
A valid Class 5 Driver's license required. (Mandatory)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of janitorial and sanitation products is a plus.
