    Location: 100%
    Remote Duration: 1 Year (Can be extended annually)

    Hourly Rate:
    $7- 95/hour Responsibilities: Leading or assisting in preparation of detailed work plans Leading and monitoring compliance Review scheduled work, review work that was completed and what was not and why to prepare regular reportsReview operational logs, maintaining awareness of new and ongoing issues, as well as the plan to resolve the issues.

    Working with trades, project staff, radiation protection, operations and other support groups to resolve problems and issues related to planning and schedulingPrioritizing tasks and deliverables according to defined timelines.

    Identifying, addressing, troubleshooting and resolving moderately complex issuesAssisting in the preparation of Scopes of Work, and bid evaluations.
    Preparing technical reports and researching tools, equipment and techniques used in Decommissioning and Environmental Remediation.

    Complying with safety and quality assurance standards and troubleshooting when issues ariseEnsuring the safety and compliance of people on the site.


    Qualifications:

    10+ years of Planning experience, Working knowledge and ability to apply the applicable codes associated with Decommissioning a nuclear site and buildings.

    Understanding of the CNSC regulations.
    Knowledge and application of radiation protection principles, measurements and contamination control. Working knowledge of Waste Management principles and volume reduction methodologies.
    Working knowledge of the document process including project documents and engineering documents.
    Supervisory, team building and communication skills.
    Security clearance eligibility required
