Toronto - hybrid, 2-3days in the office per week required

Max rate CAD$40/hr. on T4.. (No INC role)

10 Years of Experience

- PMP-certified or 2 years of experience (min) as a Business PM, traditional/waterfall delivery methodology experience required

- Knowledge of corporate card legal agreements / client repapering processes a plus

  • Communication and team management skills
  • Accountable for all project deliverables within the workstream (workplan, RAID, status reporting, steerco materials, etc.) along with technology PM counterpart (for tech deliverables)

RAID analysis is a project planning technique for identifying key project Risks (R), Assumptions (A), Issues (I), and Dependencies (D).

  • Supporting the Client Services and Onboarding program manager in all facets of the program (including coverage for other PMs and PgM as needed)
  • Accountability and willingness to ask for help/learn
  • Ensures adherence to project management standards and best practices

- Experience with enterprise change projects an asset but not required

  • Responsible for the details behind the tasks, risks, issues, and their subsequent resolution
  • Works within an established program framework (reporting, meetings, change requests, budgets)
  • WBS creation and support with critical path identification
  • Communicates outcomes of decisions and changes to project status to stakeholders
  • Evidence of risk and time management skills
  • Able to breakdown project KPIs for effective consumption by stakeholders

- Standard work week 37.5hrs in CA

- Valid passport and ability to travel to Chicago or California required
