    Salary range:
    $90,000-$100,000About youYou should bring:3-5 years of experience practicing Real Estate Law in OntarioTop-notch client service skillsProficiency in independent review of title searches and financing packagesExpertise in drafting and reviewing long-form Agreements of Purchase and SaleExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to be both a self-starter and team playerMust be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of OntarioAbout the roleAs the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:Helping clients navigate real estate needs, including buying, selling, and refinancing commercial and residential properties.
    Conducting title searches to ensure clear ownership and identifying any encumbrances or issues.
    Creating and reviewing legal documents, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale, leases, and closing documents.
    Offering legal guidance, such as zoning laws, land use regulations, and contractual obligations.
