    Responsibilities
    Assist in Bank and/or Visa Reconciliations.

    • Assist in preparation of monthly and annual accounting reports and tax filings.
    • Process full-cycle accounting entries into the system.
    • Assist and support Invoicing clerk and Accounts Payable where needed.
    • Assist in budget preparation.
    • Assist in maintaining job files/ filing system and converting paper documents to electronic files.
    • Light reception duties on rotational basis.
    • Other administrative duties as required.
    Qualifications
    Excellent teamwork and team building skills.


    • Intermediate level understanding of accounting concepts
    • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
    • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments, key business partners, and
    government agencies.


    • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite, mostly excel.
    -2-3 years as a Staff Accountant


    • Previous experience in any accounting or ERP system considered and asset
