The Roy Foss Motors Dealership is growing We are looking for mature, customer-centric, enthusiastic
Customer Care Specialists to help maintain and grow our service business.

Responsibilities and Duties

Supporting 2 dealerships, this position is responsible for:

Focusing on Customer Retention and Business Development
Receiving inbound service appointment calls

Qualifications and Skills

Strong communication skills
Committed to delivering exceptional service to each and every customer
Strong organizational skills; detail orientated; great follow up

Assets will include:

Experience with Reynolds (Ignite), Dealermine (CRM)
Experience performing inbound/outbound sales or service calls
Excellent telephone demeanor ability to engage the customer
At least 13 years customerservice experience
