Customer Care Specialists to help maintain and grow our service business.
Responsibilities and Duties
Supporting 2 dealerships, this position is responsible for:
- Focusing on Customer Retention and Business Development
- Receiving inbound service appointment calls
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Committed to delivering exceptional service to each and every customer
- Strong organizational skills; detail orientated; great follow up
Assets will include:
- Experience with Reynolds (Ignite), Dealermine (CRM)
- Experience performing inbound/outbound sales or service calls
- Excellent telephone demeanor ability to engage the customer
- At least 13 years customerservice experience
