Mandate

  • We are looking for a high energy, experienced sales manager responsible to oversee the daytoday activities of a newly created team of sales professionals focused on both account acquisition and account management activities. T_ _he incumbent will coach, support and mentor their team of professionals. _

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Lead, coach and develop a remote team of licensed education savings specialists ensuring performance metrics and business outcomes are achieved
  • Own the sales team's outbound client engagement and account management process to support significant growth year over year
  • Ensure adoption of new tools, technology and business processes
  • Act as an escalation point for your team in addressing unique customer questions/concerns.
  • Leverage the newly created reports, dashboards and metrics to enable data driven sales processes.
  • Contribute to operational improvements aimed at streamlining procedures/processes that enhance the client experience and promote the team's ability to deepen client relationships
  • Drives results and contributes to change processes that improve organizational performance and creates a culture of accountability.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bilingualism in French is mandatory.
  • A university degree or equivalent industry experience is required
  • 5+ years in Financial Services with experience in Wealth Management
  • Strategic business development through design of comprehensive programs
  • A strong people manager with a proven history of coaching
  • A leader able to support the team through a time of significant change
  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally
  • Track record of delivery and results
  • Someone eager to learn, with a strong desire to make an impact, contributing to our growth and passionate about personal and professional development
  • Stay apprised of industry and regulatory changes and competitive landscape
  • 23 experience in managing a remote sales team

Work Model
We have adopted a hybrid model, leveraging the best of remote and in-person work.
This role is 100% remote.
