About the role
We're looking for an Organizational Change Management Analyst to join our team


As an Organizational Change Management Analyst, your work will have a big impact on deployment of new technology projects and continuous improvement within the organization.

You will make a concrete contribution to the development and deployment of our innovative technology adoption strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring that employees have a simple and positive experience when changing technology. You will work with project teams, operational teams, and multiple stakeholders within the organization.


This is a full-time position available in our Montreal or St. John's locations.

What you'll do here:


  • Support project managers for the organizational change management with an IT focus on enduser experience.
  • Collaborate with HR, Facilities, IT & Corporate Communications and various IT teams.
  • Take charge of OCM activities using the established methodology.
  • Stakeholders and impacts analysis;
  • Change management strategy;
  • Communication plans, documentation and training;
  • Communications creation and review process;
  • User Satisfaction Surveys;
  • Provide users with the preparation and support they need to experience change successfully.
  • Support operational efficiency by providing a clear and simple user experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan communications or awareness campaigns with sponsors to help users better understand why we are making these changes and help adoption.
  • Offer and facilitate coaching, support, and reinforcement activities to help identified champions take over following the deployments.
  • Work on the integration and transfer to the operations of the solutions, ensuring handover to business units.

Qualifications:


What you bring to the table

  • 58 years of experience with operational change management required (Prosci or other Change Management certification an asset)
  • You have an interest in technology and can easily work and collaborate with technical teams.
  • You forge strong relationships with internal stakeholders and can work with all levels from individual contributor to executive, and from different areas of the business.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can work on multiple projects and quickly adjust in a rapid changing environment.
  • Experience with Visio and workflow diagramming
  • Experience in enduser content development (documentation, training, presentations, etc.)
  • Experience in userjourney mapping an asset.
  • Bilingual (French and English) required.
