JOB SUMMARY


The Assistant, Accessibility Advisory Service (AAS), will support the AAS team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as formatting and compiling documents, updating templates (word, PowerPoint, excel), as well as general day to day operations.

This position works closely with the Director, Accessibility Advisory Services.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Main duties may include, but not limited to:

  • Maintain relevant spreadsheets using MS Excel;
  • Entering and updating company, employee, and client records;
  • Support with formatting documents and basic communication materials;
  • Support with special projects as needed;
  • Attends meetings and takes meeting notes; and
  • Perform other duties as requested.
