CANADA SUMMER JOBS PROGRAM
- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment;
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the _Immigration and Refugee Protection Act_; and
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with BC legislation and regulations. International students are not eligible participants.
JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant, Accessibility Advisory Service (AAS), will support the AAS team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as formatting and compiling documents, updating templates (word, PowerPoint, excel), as well as general day to day operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main duties may include, but not limited to:
- Maintain relevant spreadsheets using MS Excel;
- Entering and updating company, employee, and client records;
- Support with formatting documents and basic communication materials;
- Support with special projects as needed;
- Attends meetings and takes meeting notes; and
- Perform other duties as requested.
