We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to join our dynamic team at our head office in Toronto.

In this role, your main responsibilities include:

Creation of graphics and marketing pieces for various corporate and broker communication channels using Adobe Illustrator
:

Assist in planning, promotion, coordination and execution of all Mortgage Alliance events.
Coordinate event management such as registration and logistics, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, etc.
Assist with our Social media management program and corporate posts.
Edit training session videos, marketing promo videos and other editing requirements.
Onboarding of new agents marketing sessions.
Facilitate printing for brokers and third party requests.

Required qualifications and skills:

College or University education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.

Design skills - excellent Adobe Illustrator skills is a must
:

Experience working with Adobe premier.
Experience coordinating events of 300 people or more.
Possess excellent organizational skills
Excellent computer literacy and skills with strong knowledge of Excel.
Excellent knowledge of Eventbrite, Zoom and social media platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking abilities
Ability to plan, organize and work in a fastpaced environment
Selfstarter with the ability to work well independently.

Salary:

$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:
