- Own strategy and execution for Care1's digital marketing
- Create and manage email marketing plan that include developing a campaign calendar, producing emails and building marketing automation programs to drive conversion and customer engagement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional team members like business development, software engineering, and operations to build and implement digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and optimize journeys and build customer lifecycle marketing programs
- Analyze and gather data about campaigns, events, and quantifiable leads to share with crossfunctional partners and make optimizations informed by metrics and recommendations for new campaigns, programs and events
- Identify A/B testing opportunities, execute and optimize against your results
- Ensuring all initiatives meet and maintain regulatory and compliance standards
- Write press releases, finalizing writeups for business development partnerships/agreements and marketing required for sales reps and social media postings
- Writing and posting, press releases and social media marketing including webinars CE events etc.
- Expand, update and manage the Care1 website
- Updating PowerPoints and keeping them current
- Develop and assist with the input and tracking of data collection from signups/per events, marketing campaigns
- This should not be considered to be the final and complete job responsibilities
- 23 years of general marketing experience building, sending, and analyzing email campaigns and programs, ideally in ecommerce
- Education that is related to Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
- Experience building email marketing and maintaining automation programs, including audience segmentation strategies, list management and experimentation
- Experience overseeing, reporting and analyzing program and campaign performance
- You are analytically driven, with proven success in translating data into insights and action
- Knowledge and understanding of CANSPAM, CASL and GDPR
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Some knowledge of HTML and CSS for email an asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with many different people.
- Selfstarter who's also comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment
- Strong experience in all media communications
- Have the desire and ability to learn new tools and techniques
- Ability to adapt strategies and stay on top of digital marketing trends
- Open an adaptable to shifting priorities and focuses
- Experience in a fastpaced, energetic startup environment
- Selfstarter and proactive
- Adaptable to changing business conditions and priorities
- This position is a parttime (520h per week) with possible expansion to fulltime

Digital B2B Marketing Manager (Eyecare) - Part-Time - Work From Home
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Digital B2B Marketing Manager to accelerate Care1's growth in Canada. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing Care1's marketing and social media strategy. The primary customer base for this role consists of optometrists with ophthalmology and eye care patients being secondary priorities.
You will work closely with the business development team to expand awareness and adoption of Care1's industry-leading telemedicine and AI technologies in Canada.
You'll be Care1's first Marketing Specialist, so we are looking for someone who is keen to build out our programs, developing our approach to database management, segmentation, automation and campaign planning.
We're looking for someone who understands how email, social media, participation in events and engaging in partnerships, can fit into holistic strategies for customer acquisition and engagement and is excited about the prospect of collaborating to build out these journeys.
This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of an eyecare technology company.We are looking for a team member with sales and business development experience, specifically in the eyecare field, to help scale our company nationally.
