    In this role, you are part of a team of self-motivated and well-respected team members, driving the strategic delivery of our Supply Chain Solution Delivery team. As a Technical Lead (Manhattan WMS) , you will be leading a diverse collaborative agile team that is constantly pushing what is possible with our processes, skills and systems. You are responsible for the design, configuration, integration, testing, implementation and stabilization of our Supply Chain systems. We are excited to work with passionate, enthusiastic and diverse team members that collaborate with our business partners to deliver creative solutions to meet their needs

    What You'll Do:

  • Connect and partner with team members, external teams, business partners and vendors to build sound and sustainable end-to-end functional designs for solutions to business user stories.
  • Lead the delivery of complete, creative and fully functional solutions, perform detailed unit testing, and demo the solution to our business stakeholders. Build and maintain clear and concise documentation.
  • Lead and support a variety of teams during key testing cycles and go-lives, answering questions and resolving issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing or preventing downtime.
  • Ensure that solutions are delivered with high quality, on time, within budget and in alignment with our overall processes and standards.

  • Hands-on experience with leading design, and delivering technical and functional solutions to meet business expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment by being organized, driven and a proven multi-tasker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and resolve design gaps.
  • What You've Done

  • Proven experience working with warehouse management applications for more than 5 years.
  • Proven experience and ability to apply SDLC processes within an Agile framework.
  • Proven track record of taking business requirements and successfully delivering solutions.
