    At McKesson Canada, you'll help us carry out our mission to improve lives and advance healthcare. Supports and executes performance reviews for Operations Supervisors, supporting development plans and actively coaching areas of opportunity
    Ensures policies and practices are respected related to employee/labour relations and promotes efforts to build strong employee engagement
    Maintains appropriate communications with all levels of the organization and ensures that distribution centre employees are aware of company's progress and direction

    Administers policies and practices related to employee /labour relations (Bargaining, Union-Management Committees and Grievances hearing) in conjunction with Human Resources.

    Actively encourage the Six Sigma program of continuous improvement by identifying cost reduction or quality improvement initiatives
    Responsible for oversight of Automation equipment and processes in coordination with Facility maintenance team and 3rd party vendor
    Is accountable for ensuring proper review, update and audit of Security, Regulatory and GMP policies and programs to ensure compliance
    Ensure that health and safety practices are followed within the workplace through on-going monitoring of health and safety programs and audits; In coordination with Regional HR, ensure workforce planning requirements are completed and monitored; provide opportunities for development and training for Leadership team as required
    Post-Secondary degree or minimum 8 years of experience in distribution, warehousing or manufacturing environment
    Experience in the pharmaceutical industry an asset
    Experience with automation an asset
    Ability to establish and analyze business metrics to effectively set targets and standards of performance
    Strong organization and tactical planning skills
    Demonstrated change management, problem solving & decision-making capabilities
    Flexible schedule requirements
    Strong communication and analytical skills (Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite)
