The Manitoba government is seeking a highly motivated Technical Analyst to work with the Legislative Building Information Systems within the department of Consumer Protection and Government Services.

Qualifications:
Essential:
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in an Information Technology related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience managing incoming help desk requests including support ticket entry, action and/or escalation.
- General knowledge and intermediate experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience problemsolving and working towards solutions independently.
- Experience exercising business and political acumen while working with confidential information.
- Ability to work with mínimalsupervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Duties:
Reporting to the Manager, Application Management within the Legislative Building Information Systems (LBIS) branch, the Technical Analyst is accountable for providing technical support to all clients within the Legislative Building to ensure effective operations.
