    Requirements

    Brigil is currently in search of a Community Manager for the Gatineau-Ottawa area reporting to the Director of Apogée Luxury Suites:

    • Oversee the complete management of the building, ensuring a vibrant living environment that meets high standards
    • Contribute to the leasing and retention of tenants
    • Manage customer experience coordinators, rental agents, and other property staff
    • Financial management and expense control

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional customer service daily
    • Manage move-ins, move-outs, and unit preparations
    • Handle emergency calls, including evenings and weekends
    • Organize events and activities for tenants
    • Ensure compliance with management regulations
    • Manage bidding, cost analysis, purchase orders, and quality control of services
    • Assist with accounts receivables and other duties as assigned

    Performance Factors and Core Competencies

    • Bilingual in English and French
    • Autonomous, responsible, and dynamic
    • Provide outstanding customer service
    • Exercise good judgment and decision-making
    • Maintain discretion and professionalism

    Qualifications

    • Post-secondary education required

    Work Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years in community management or similar role

    Other

    • Must reside in a unit within the project under management
