As a Deposit Operations team member, you will play an integral role in helping us put our Members First. You will provide timely, high-quality deposit product administration, processing, and support services. You will work in high volumes, be responsible for monitoring and reporting on activities in the deposit administration area all while supporting a network of professionals in the servicing the needs of our members. You will prepare and process transactions and documentation as required, collaborate with others as well as third party vendors and provide pro-active response to requests, issue resolution and deposit services workflows all while identifying, recommending, and sharing ideas for improvements. You will be responsible for reconciliation and reporting on deposit product general ledger accounts and for ancillary products balancing, and for investigating and resolving outages on unresolved or escalated reporting problems. Regular usage of Excel will be part of the role.
The ideal candidate has post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline with 1 to 3 years job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education & experience. You'll have a leg up if you have actual deposit support or other accounting related administration experience in a financial institution environment or in another related industry. Working knowledge of deposit product regulatory and legislative guidelines, or with payments, bill payments, clearing systems, wires, Agri Invest accounts, staff user administration, investments and reporting, foreign exchange trades, CAFT, ATM and file uploads would be beneficial to the position. *This position is considered full time hours/week) for an anticipated term of approximate 6-months (deemed to end October 25, 2024), however, the actual length could be shortened or lengthened depending upon organizational requirements.
