    About the Company and Job Title

    Join our dynamic SMB GTM Marketing team led by passionate individuals who are dedicated to differentiating and promoting TELUS Business products to our sales teams. We are currently seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to contribute to our team's success by leveraging their program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    Our team is known for being fun, hardworking, and innovative. We value collaboration and initiative, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can think outside the box and drive excellence.

    What You'll Do

    • Draft internal communications and sales tools/job aids to enhance sales conversion and product knowledge.
    • Manage GTM-related governance forums to support Go-To-Market focus and collaborate with key stakeholders.
    • Influence and negotiate with stakeholders on priorities and deliverables.
    • Manage your work portfolio with established KPIs for success measurement.
    • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful remediation plan execution.

    Qualifications

    What You Bring

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor information to different audiences.
    • Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Outstanding critical thinking, planning, and prioritization abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a creative eye for design.
    • Proven track record in delivering projects on time.
    • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or program management.

    • Bilingualism in English and French.
