Role Summary


As a Reproductive endocrinologist and Infertility specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing world-class medical care and reproductive assistance to individuals and couples experiencing infertility issues.

Your expertise will help hopeful parents realize their dreams of starting or expanding their families.


Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose infertility issues in both male and female patients using diagnostic tests and evaluations.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, including ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, and other ART procedures.
  • Perform assisted reproductive technologies (ART) procedures, such as embryo transfers and egg retrievals.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients about treatment options, risks, and success rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in fertility treatments and implement innovative techniques.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Adhere to ethical standards, legal requirements, and patient confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and quality assurance standards.
  • Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  • Other duties, as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
  • Specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a focus on Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
  • Certification or eligibility for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or equivalent.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the province or territory of the clinic.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fertility treatments and assisted reproductive technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients' emotional challenges.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
The responsibilities shall be defined and modified from time to time based on the requirements of the company.
