Role Summary

As a Reproductive endocrinologist and Infertility specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing world-class medical care and reproductive assistance to individuals and couples experiencing infertility issues.

Your expertise will help hopeful parents realize their dreams of starting or expanding their families.

Role Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
Diagnose infertility issues in both male and female patients using diagnostic tests and evaluations.
Develop personalized treatment plans, including ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, and other ART procedures.
Perform assisted reproductive technologies (ART) procedures, such as embryo transfers and egg retrievals.
Provide counseling and education to patients about treatment options, risks, and success rates.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in fertility treatments and implement innovative techniques.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Adhere to ethical standards, legal requirements, and patient confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and quality assurance standards.
Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities.
Other duties, as assigned

Required Qualifications

Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
Specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a focus on Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
Certification or eligibility for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or equivalent.
Valid medical license to practice in the province or territory of the clinic.
Demonstrated expertise in fertility treatments and assisted reproductive technologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients' emotional challenges.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical principles.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
