WCD is seeking a full-time, dynamic, technical, and experienced Imaging Supervisor in our Edmonton office.

Reporting to the Imaging Operations Manager, the Imaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the timely execution of designated imaging projects.

Critical to the success of this role is the ability to coordinate resources, and deliver client projects in an accurate, secure, and responsive manner while adhering to budget, quality processes and procedures.


The Imaging Supervisor's role is to ensure that hardcopy documents that are sent to WCD for imaging are tracked, prepped, scanned, indexed, quality assured, and delivered in a manner consistent with the standards outlined in the Statement of Work for the project.

This may include working in one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity.


Responsibilities:


  • Document preparation, scanning and indexing with adherence to documented procedures and quality control
  • Data entry, data processing and database validation
  • Gather and document all specifications and requirements for new projects and schedule all kick off meetings with project team(s)
  • Assign and manage resources across multiple projects, align to project requirements and budget
  • Provide training and mentorship to all production staff on designated projects
  • Achieve daily targets as set out in the Statement of Work or Project Schedule
  • Provide weekly status reports, including project budget and timeline updates
  • Oversee quality control, and identify ways to improve efficiencies
  • Adhere to project policies, procedures, and privacy guidelines and ensure team compliance
  • Motivate team members of all projects through reward and recognitions strategies
  • Support maintenance of equipment and software; coordinate with Development and IT teams as required
  • Support project teams throughout all project phases
  • Create and maintain procedure documents
  • Perform monthend billing activities, including submitting tickets through WCD's ticketing system, ensuring information and lineitem accuracy.
  • Are results driven, agile, and curious you embody a willingness to continually learn new skills
  • Can balance hands on technical work with leading a team of production operators
  • Have strong organizational and project management skills
  • Thrive in a highvelocity environment and enjoy working with people and leading teams

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Records Management Certificate is considered an asset
  • Technical skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Previous experience working in an Imaging Service Bureau is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Enterprise Capture systems i.e., Kofax, Captiva, Adobe, Papervision, or other is considered an asset.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Must be able to balance hands on work with team oversight
  • Must be able to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet customer timelines
  • Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work closely with others to achieve common goals/targets
  • Must possesses a natural ability to solve problems
  • Driven to seek out better ways to achieve improved performance
  • Ability to follow a process, recommend process improvements and complete repetitive tasks with detail and accuracy

Working Environment:
