DUTIES:
The Primary duties of this position are best classified as:
- Technical Prior experience on ONQPM, ONQ R&I & Delphi (Sales System)
- Clerical Require strong administrative skills, ability to complete task accurately and in a timely manner.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build all Group SRP's in OnQ R&I and OnQ PMS and ensure all necessary Group information is communicated accurately to the Front Office Team Members.
- Create House accounts for groups and set up group master bill accounts with proper routing of room and taxes
- Review group blocks for cutoff date extensions and ensuring the group blocks are created and monitored correctly prior, during, and postdeparture.
- Run group arrivals lists daily for future arrival dates, and noshow reports daily.
- Complete Group Commission Report and group departure.
- Create and maintain group and transient room blocks. Ensure all reservations have correct billing and all other necessary information.
- Assist in completing all VIP and internal reservations and communicating any issues.
- Assist with group billing, posting final charges, deposits, etc.
- Attend weekly group pickup calls and revenue meetings.
- Issue Hilton Honors points to all past groups.
- Prepare and distribute a group pickup and cutoff report in a timely manner.
- Ensure all Final Group pickup numbers are inputted accurately on a weekly basis into Delphi from OnQ PM.
- Load local negotiated accounts in OnQ R&I, allocate room inventory and update/distribute the hotels Local Negotiated Account list.
- Update and compile reservations and revenue related reports as directed by the Director of Revenue.
- Ensure file cabinet is organized.
- Assist Revenue Manager and DOSM with other duties as assigned.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Assistant General Manager.
