- Coordinate and facilitate continuous improvement projects and events
- Measure and report on key performance indicators
- Help identify improvement efficiencies and procedure changes
- Maintaining visual boards
- Other duties as required
- Some travel to other Chandler Branches will be required
- Has some training and/or hands-on experience with Process Improvement and is willing to pursue further training in the field (Green Belt)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Individuals must be well organized, with proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- Ability to interact with multiples levels of leadership
- Strong computer skills and proficient user of Excel and Word
- Strong written and oral communications skills
