In this role you will also develop relationships through consulting with the agents in the Market Centre helping set their goals, for both business and their personal lives.

They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others and team building.

They understand basic business and strive to learn Keller Williams models and systems to help others achieve their goals.


What will you do?

  • The 20% of the Job_


Actively engage and attract agents to the Market Centre through sharing the KW value proposition (disruptive training, KW technology, culture and wealth building).

Offering one-on-one in depth business consulting. Through this process you will both recruit and retain existing associates.


You will also...

  • Ensure execution of a disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates' needs
  • Foster relationships with members of the leadership team, staff and existing agents.
  • Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams' value proposition as it relates to associates' businesses, goals, and/or needs
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
  • Create exciting competitions and socials for agents within the brokerage
  • Engage relationships with Preferred vendors to encourage referrals of recruits and an engaging atmosphere where vendors naturally receive business from our agents
  • Actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture

Compensation

  • Full Time
  • 65,000 Base Plus
  • GWL Health Plan
  • Recruiting and Achievement Bonuses outlined in Job Agreement
