The Licensing Administrator performs a variety of data entry and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include updating and maintaining back-office systems accurately with renewal information, actively monitoring licensing inbox daily and providing support to other departments, including Contracting, to assist with time sensitive inquiries.


Duties Include:


  • Update life license/E&O renewals for expired advisor records on backoffice systems
  • Actively monitor and maintain the licensing inbox daily
  • Maintain thorough and accurate broker records on backoffice systems
  • Assign codes and create advisor records on backoffice systems for National MGA accounts
  • Assist Contracting team with additional projects as required

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill in French is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
  • Results orientated and able to learn quickly
  • Ability and willingness to support the accomplishment of team goals
  • Strong team player skills
