Position Overview:

As a member of our Administrative team, you will be responsible for key performance indicators, including:

Personal tax tasks and assignments (client work) as directed by the Manager of Administration including, but not limited to:
Rolling forward TaxPrep files to current program;
Assigning invoice numbers & entering preparer information;
Entering client information on electronic control sheet;
Organizing and delivering hard copy client package to preparer;
Updating tracking databases promptly (Practice, CaseWare, TaxPrep, control sheet, travel log)
Various administrative duties as assigned by the Manager of Administration including, but not limited to:
Answering and directing calls; taking accurate phone messages and promptly forwarding to appropriate team member;
Scanning documentation onto the server;
Filing;
Supporting other admin team members to help meet ONBusiness deadlines.

Training will take place in February. Previous relevant experience is preferred.

12 years previous experience in an office environment
Practical experience with Office 365 (Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to work independently and as a team
Available to stay late if needed and a few hours on Saturdays during the month of April

$14.00-$15.00 per hour
