Working under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor and adhering to Telecon's health and safety policies, the Material Handler will work as part of a team to ensure the proper receipt, storage and distribution of materials and equipment
:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in maintaining organization of warehouse space
Ensure order accuracy
Pick, pack, receive & restock material and equipment
Maintains/assists with inventory controls and cleanliness of warehouse
Operate forklifts
Assist with pickups, and loading of equipment based on project needs
Affix and identify labels and/or shipping information
Work in a safe manner and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines
Utilize computerized inventory systems
Other duties as required

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

High school diploma or equivalent
25 years prior shipping/receiving experience preferred
Fork lift license (Raymond Reach and/or counter balance) considered an asset
Ability to work with mínimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated organizational skills
Excellent problem solver with the ability to identify alternative and practical solutions
Strong team player, selfmotivated, proactive thinker, flexible and adaptable
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills with proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail
Forklift license (Raymond Reach and/or counterbalance) considered an asset
