We offer a variety of sports activities including tennis, pickleball, bocce, skeet shooting, and croquet. Our club specializes in hosting weddings and corporate events, providing a top-notch food and beverage experience.Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sous Chef at the Tamahaac Club.
The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for day-to-day food preparation and production, menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
This role requires creativity, strong culinary skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications
Extensive culinary experience and strong cooking skills
Experience in menu planning and recipe development
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Experience in a high-volume or fine dining establishment is a plus
