Inside Sales Coordinator
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company's business development team to effectively and efficiently achieve company sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Support functions include but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain customer files;
- Process customer orders;
- Receive, log and coordinate fulfilment of customer orders;
- Provide inbound customer sales support;
- Customer follow up to collect or provide information as required;
- Maintain sales forecast reports;
- Maintain commission tracking records;
- Informing customers about delivery dates and possible delays;
- Production and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to support sales team;
- Collaborate with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports using current business development software such as Pipedrive.
Qualifications:
- College Diploma or equivalent in related field;
- A minimum of two years of proven experience in a sales support role;
- Strong mathematical skills;
- Strong computer skills including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Manufacturing industry experience would be considered an asset.
- Experience with ERP software, specifically Epicor, would be an asset;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM, etc;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to organize and effectively prioritize to meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
