JOB SUMMARY


Reporting to the General Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will have the opportunity to lead the food & beverage team of the hotel: banquets, catering, bar, etc.

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage service staff at restaurant, bar, meeting spaces
  • Optimize guest satisfaction with regards to service
  • Participate to coaching and training staff reflecting Groupe Germain service standards
  • Provide guidance and support to the Servers
  • Schedule staff according to forecasts
  • Maintain inventories and ensure equipment is in working order
  • Ensure quality levels and maintain quality standards in production, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Group and individual reservations
  • Maintain safe working conditions and practices
  • Liaise regularly with other departments
  • Organise food and beverage events, promotions and advertising

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous supervision experience required
  • Knowledge of current employment laws & health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
