The Regional Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing clinical quality and operations within a designated market.
This leadership position requires a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis services and a proven track record of effective management.
This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of ABA services, the professional development of clinical team members, and the financial well-being of their market.
Demonstrate measurable progress in achieving financial performance goals, with a focus on controlling labor costs within the region.Enhance client satisfaction, as reflected in an increased Net Promotor Score (NPS), by implementing targeted improvements based on client feedback.
Participate in gross margin planning to predict coming month trends based one expected revenue and labor.Establish and implement quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
Deliver training and support to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of team members and support professional growth and development.
Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related fieldEffective organizational skills to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities
Experience in providing training and professional development
Familiarity with ABA-specific software and data collection tools
Comfort using technology for communication, documentation, and program management
