Full-Time, Permanent


Scope of the job:
The Retail Supervisor's primary role is to drive outstanding guest service in our retail spaces.

They'll lead our associates and Team Leaders in ensuring service targets are met, our stores are well merchandised, and day-to-day tasks are completed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring retail team meets service goals.
  • Effective merchandising of retail stores.
  • Associate training and onboarding.
  • Daytoday operations of retail spaces including administrative and inventory related tasks
  • Other duties as requested by the Retail Manager

Essential Traits:


  • Guestcentric vision with a strong mission of highquality service.
  • Strong leader with the ability to coach and guide others.
  • Merchandising experience an asset.
  • Task prioritization and focus.
  • Strong communication skills with emphasis on conflict resolution.
  • MUST be able to work some evenings and weekends as required.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Directly provides supervision to Team Leads and Retail Sales Associates in all 3 retail outlets as well as Theatre Hosts.
