Payband/Salary Range:
ADM 02 $56,963 - $85,445
What you will do:
Under the general direction of the Associate Dean, REEP Program Delivery (ETS) this position is responsible for providing proactive and efficient administrative services for the REEP Program Delivery team, including scheduling, program/service model, business development, finance, client relationship management (CRM) processes and human resources (HR).
Under the guidance of the Associate Dean, the incumbent will oversee the processes for facilitator recruitment/scheduling, contract management, onboarding and relationship management.
In addition, the incumbent will provide support in the writing and editing of internal and external communications, including complex proposals, letters, reports, presentations, newsletters.
In this position, the incumbent will provide project coordination, logístical support for program/service delivery working collaboratively with team members and internal/external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
The incumbent must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, logical-thinking and communication skills.What you bring to the role:
Education
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field
- 4 years working as an Administrative Assistant to a business leader working with all aspects of administration including human resources and finance
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks assigned
- Ability to think analytically
- Proven ability to multitask amongst critical deadlines and constant interruptions.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of staff and ability to work successfully as part of a team.
- Effectively combines various information sources in order to write effective job postings and offer letters in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills as well as attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate level computer aptitude in a variety of software programs
- Understanding of contract administration and contractual relationship
