    Role purpose

    As a Retail Consultant, you embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced. In demonstrating products that address customer needs you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to our overall commercial success.

    What we are looking for

  • Experience operating within a customer service role or environment.
  • Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to consistently introduce Aesop products to clients through hand demonstrations.
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all.
  • Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)
  • Successful applicants will be available for at least 3 full days, including weekends. Candidates must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Objectif du poste

    En tant que Conseiller de vente au détail, vousincarneznotredésird'engager, d'écouter et de guider les clients vers des produits qui leursontpertinents. Vousaccueillerez les clients dans nosespaces et, par des interactions intentionnelles, approfondirez la façon dontnosproduitssontvécus. En présentant des produits qui répondent aux besoins des clients, vousoffrirezuneexpérience client exceptionnelle et inclusive qui contribuera à notre succès commercial global.

    Ce que nous recherchons

    Expérience dans un rôleou un environnement de service à la clientèle.

    Maîtrise du Français - Doit être capable de communiquercouramment avec les clients d'expression française.

    Compétences de vente efficaces et capacité à générer des résultatscommerciaux.

    Capacité à présenter de manière cohérente les produits Aesop aux clients grâce à des démonstrations pratiques.

    Historique de participation et de contribution réussies à une équipe.

    Capacitédémontrée à utiliserl'empathie pour gérer les relations interpersonnelles et contribuer à uneexpérience positive et inclusive pour tous.

    Ouverture d'esprit et grandecuriositécherchant à comprendre les autres, écouter sans jugement et agir sur des perspectives diverses.

    Bonnescompétencesen communication et résolution de problèmes.

    Connaissance pratique des soins de la peau et de l'industrie des soins de la peau (avantageux).

    Connaissance des catégories de soinscapillaires, de soins du corps, de parfums et d'articles pour la maison (avantageux).

    Ce poste est à temps partiel et fonctionneselon un horaire de travail sur site. Les candidatsretenusdevrontêtredisponibles au minimum trois jours par semaine, en plus d'unedisponibilitécomplète les week-ends.
