    Description

    Job Description:
    As a Premium Banker, you will help customers achieve their financial ambitions.

    You will work within a customer facing capacity in branch, generating revenue growth by meeting and exceeding customer needs, and maximising opportunities across all customer segments.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Develop existing customer relationships through active management of portfolios, ensuring solutions continually meet customer's needs
    Align with
    HSBCgoverning regulations and procedures
    Attract new customers through referrals, promoting products and service offerings that match their financial needs
    Support banking transactions and handle cash, as required, and sponsor digital engagement where appropriate
    Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing efficient and professional customer service
    Safeguard the bank by holding difficult conversations with your customers on subjects like Anti-Money Laundering, sanctions, complaint handling, and estate planning
    Act as a Brand Ambassador for
    HSBCBank Canada, delivering exceptional customer experiences


    Job Requirements:
    ~ Sound knowledge of digital banking and technical skills in wealth management
    ~ Second language is an asset
    ~ Mutual Fund Licensing achieved (or willing to acquire with
    HSBCsupport) via the Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
    ~ Institute of Canadian Broker certificate of achievement – Advanced Personal Finance (Quebec only)
    ~ Passion and pride for continuously delivering an outstanding customer experience
    ~2 years of proven experience in a customer facing role in the banking industry
    ~ Genuine and in-depth curiosity about current financial market and economy
