Key Responsibilities:

Support regular regression testing of Dealer and Customer Facing systems.
Quality assurance of Sales Bulletin programs prior to publishing; including creating/updating Sales Program and checking for accuracy.
Support KPI and adhoc Operations reporting to local management and central functions.
Manage and update the Operations pages for the Associate Intranet.
Support preparation of PowerPoint presentation.
Support ad hoc analysis and updating/creating management reports.
Support Operations related projects as needed.
This position may take on additional duties and responsibilities, should the need arise.

Qualifications:

Enrolled in or completed a postsecondary degree or diploma with a focus on business
Experience in Agile methodology including knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Xray) would be an asset
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Welldeveloped oral and written communications skills
Strong knowledge in MS Office
PowerPoint and intermediate level Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced work environment
